Most of these are from Czech Hanks, which tend to be fairly irregular and don't measure the same as Japanese seed beads. Since most patterns call for the Japanese variety, we will give you an estimation of the closest size comparison based on those standards. For example, if something is similar to, if not a little smaller than an 11, we'll write: 11-. Or if it's bigger than an 11 but smaller than an 8, we'll call it a 10.

The other thing to note is that the size of the tubes reflect the value of the color. So even though every item in this listing is $4.99. Some are in the tubes that are approximately 20 grams, while others are in the 8 gram tubes. This helps to keep the more expensive finishes and shapes more affordable for you!

Color fastness is not guaranteed in the same manner as the more expensive, newer metallic finishes offered from Japan. Please be aware that aspects of your color might wear much faster than with newer seed beads.
